Thoughtful Returns 

We want you to truly love your COYA pieces. If something isn't quite right or you simply changed your mind, changing direction is completely okay. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

Because our intimates are designed to be worn closest to your skin, health and hygiene are our utmost priority. To protect all our customers and ensure every piece remains pristine, your return can only be accepted if the items are:

  • Completely unworn, unwashed, and in their original, beautiful condition.

  • Free of any scents, make-up, stains, or signs of use.

  • Neatly packed in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

Note: For the safety of our community, we thoroughly inspect all returned underwear. Items showing any signs of wear cannot be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • The return shipment: As a small business, the shipping costs to send the items back to our warehouse are covered by the customer. We warmly recommend using a shipping service with Track & Trace, as you remain responsible for the package until it safely arrives back with us.

  • Original shipping fees: If you choose to return your entire order from within the EU, we will gladly refund your original standard shipping costs. If you keep a part of your order, or if you are returning items from outside the EU, the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to start your return:

  1. Double-check if your items beautifully match our return conditions above.

  2. Send a gentle note to our team at info@coyaintimates.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

  3. If you feel comfortable sharing why the pieces didn't work out for you, we would absolutely love to hear your thoughts so we can learn and improve. Please know this is entirely optional!

  4. Pack the items securely and ship them to the return address we will provide you via email.

  5. Once your return arrives and passes our quality check, we will process your refund within 14 days back to your original payment method.
