1. Shipping & Delivery

We lovingly prepare and ship all our packages from the Netherlands. To keep our journey together as simple and seamless as possible, we ship all orders outside the European Union (EU) using the DAP (Delivered At Place) method.

This simply means that any local import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees in your country are not included in our pricing. If applicable, these charges will be collected by your local courier upon delivery.
