returns
- you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
- try pieces on as you would in a fitting room, thongs over your own underwear. beyond that, they must be unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging with the tags still attached. intimates sit closest to your skin, so hygiene comes first.
- return shipping is at your own cost, except for your free size exchange. return your whole order from within the EU and we also refund your original shipping.
- your refund follows within 14 days of your return arriving with us, to your original payment method.

Material
the fabric is 100% grade 6A mulberry silk of 16 momme, custom-dyed in our deep brown. the gusset of the thong is soft 100% cotton.
the elastic is not a natural fibre, so we wrap it fully in silk.
the dyed silk fabric is certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, product class I (26.HCN.19796, Hohenstein). the certificate covers the fabric, not the finished piece. check it on oeko-tex.com or read more in our faq.
designed in the netherlands, made in a small, women-owned atelier in the guangzhou area, china. how COYA is made.
Care
dry clean, hand-wash or delicate wash in a laundry bag. if washing in a washing machine, make sure to use very mild detergent and cold temperatures.
we encourage you to refer to the care instructions included with each item, designed to help you keep your purchase in top condition.
